General conditions - Groups
Conditions of application
- Reductions are applicable for a minimum of 10 persons
- They are applicable for a single or return journey
- Members of a group cannot travel separately under any circumstances either on the outward journey or on the return journey
- Passengers not present on the outward journey or the return will lose their entitlement to a reduction for the whole trip.
Complimentary travel
- 1 person accompanying the group free of charge (except taxes and port fees) per group of 25 paying passengers
- Coach drivers: free of charge (except taxes and port fees) for 1 driver
Port taxes and transport tax
- Taxes in force according to the port, the date and, if applicable, the type of vehicle
Conditions for cancellation of groups
During the deposit phase :
- In the case of partial cancellation: no penalty
- In the case of total cancellation: refund of 90 % of the amount of the deposit
Once the ticket has been issued, if cancellation takes place :
- Food is not refunded
- From 30 days to 8 days before departure
Refund of 90 % of the amount cancelled (partial or total)
- Less than 8 days before departure :
Partial cancellation = refund of 50 % of the amount cancelled
Total cancellation = refund of port taxes only
