How to change your ticket?
You cannot make changes on-line.
If you would like to change your ticket (dates of travel, number of passengers or vehicle, add animals in kennels…), please contact our customer advisors either by telephone on + 33 491 994 509, or directly at one of our agencies.
An extra charge will be due if changes are made to crossings. For more information please see our general conditions of sale.
Lastly, please note that any change made on board will be calculated at the full rate (no reductions can be applied).
How to cancel your ticket?
You cannot cancel your ticket on-line.
If you are obliged to cancel your trip (if you cannot or do not wish to change the dates) :
- If you purchased your ticket via our on-line reservation system or by telephone through one of our operators, please contact us by telephone in order to make a cancellation.
- If you purchased your ticket from a travel agent, please contact them to have your ticket cancelled and to request a refund.
Cancellation charges and deductions are payable in case of total or partial cancellation. For more information please see our general conditions of sale.
